At SCNetwork, volunteer Peer-Forum Facilitators provide a guiding hand to small groups of HR executives intent on building their capability and learning from each other. Facilitators are the heart of each Peer Forum, bringing structure to the Forum’s meetings and agendas, getting the best from members, and keeping meetings on track.

Facilitators also participate in cross-Forum activities with other Forum Facilitators, enhancing the range of skills and experiences for their group, with the goal to unleash the potential of all the Peer Forums.

All Forum Facilitators are supported by the SCNetwork Peer-Forums Chair, as well as by SCNetwork’s administrative resources.
