CHRO Peer Forums
Members of the CHRO Peer Forums are HR executives at the top of their game, and at the top of the house. Members typically work for large organizations, report to the CEO, work with Boards and are accountable to for building people strategy from organizational strategy.

Senior HR Leaders Peer Forums
The Senior HR Leader Forums (SHRL) are designed for HR leaders who report to CHROs or occupy the senior HR role in medium-sized organizations. Members are, typically, accountable for unpacking one or more sub-functions of overall people strategy. These members create the people systems that empower their organizations.
Professional Peer Forums
The Forums are designed for independent consultants and coaches who own their own business, or are members of small consultancy firms.
HR Leaders in Transition
HR Leaders in Transition (HRLT) is for senior-level HR leaders who are between roles and looking for learning, community, and support during their career transition.
