2:00 Pm TO 3:00 Pm (Eastern Time)

Summary

The Grow, Perform, Sustain (GPS) workshop looks at what it means to be effective in the modern world of work and life. It examines how you can perform at a high level without sacrificing your well-being and health.

The approach is based on two years of research by Nick Petrie and his team, focusing on high performers across a range of fields including: professional athletes, musicians, Navy Seals, FBI agents, surgeons, priests and business people. Findings from this research showed that people who do the best long term are those who learn to balance the intersection of three needs:

  • The need to perform
  • The need to grow
  • The need to not burnout

In this workshop you will gain insight about your current balance across 5 key indicators and learn tools and practices on how to achieve a healthier balance and avoid burnout.

Prior to the session, please complete this short assessment and bring your results to the workshop.
