Dr. Tunde Ogunfowora, Associate Professor, Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary
Dr. Tunde (roughly pronounced Toon-day) is an associate professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources area at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, Canada. He earned his BSc from the University of Calgary, his Master's degree from McGill University, and his PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary. Prior to joining Haskayne in 2013, Tunde was an assistant professor of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Regina (2010-2012) and the Goodman School of Business, Brock University (2012-2013). Tunde’s teaching portfolio includes courses in organizational behaviour, talent management, and organizational leadership. He regularly teaches in the MBA and executive MBA programs. He also teaches advanced applied statistics in the PhD program. He is the incoming director of the PhD program at the Haskayne School of Business.
Tunde's research interests include the impact of positive and negative leadership behaviors at the frontline and executive levels, as well as understanding human capital at work – specifically the roles of personality, emotions, and ethics in shaping individual and team effectiveness. He is passionate about translating his research into tools for business leaders (e.g., through his free online human capital assessment platform).
Fabienne Morin,
Managing Director, People & Change - Business Transformation, AIMCo
Fabienne is a passionate leader who loves developing talent and building collaborative high performing teams. She has over 20+ years of experience in progressive leadership, transforming HR teams, leading change and developing emerging leaders, strategic HR partnerships, employee engagement, team effectiveness, change management, and executive coaching.
Fabienne Morin is currently the Director, Strategic HR Partnerships at Cenovus Energy and has global responsibility for strategic HR business partners, workforce planning, data and analytics, organizational design and effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions and integration. Previously, Fabienne worked at ConocoPhillips in a variety of roles (in Calgary and Houston), in her final roles with ConocoPhillips, Fabienne was the Director, Strategic Staffing and Director, Human Resources Business partner where she oversaw the company’s recruitment efforts for mega projects and strategic people partner for the Western Canada Business Unit.
Fabienne has a degree in Management, Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Lethbridge. She has also learned two designations as a certified human resource practitioner (CPHR) and certified talent management practitioner (CTMP). She is currently enrolled to become a Certified Executive Coach with Royal Roads University.
Gillian Hynes, Director, Reconciliation, Inclusion and Strategy, Rise Consulting Ltd.
Gillian lives her belief that healthy and sustainable organizations require trust, community and connection. As a settler, Gillian is doing the work to listen, learn, reflect and act in Reconciliation, through her work as the Director, Reconciliation, Inclusion and Strategy at Rise Consulting. Gillian takes a human-centric approach to problem-solving, programs and processes to create more inclusive and innovative outcomes. She has the unique ability to navigate large, complex organizations and smaller, non-profit or start-up organizations to deliver impactful outcomes in organizational culture, leadership, social impact and workplace transformation. With her multi-passionate approach, she advances diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplaces; connects people to build vibrant communities; explores how innovation can elevate our purpose; and develops creative organizational and community solutions.
Gillian holds a Master of Business Administration as well as a Certificate in Social Impact from Queens University, she has a CHRP designation and is proud to serve on Boards and volunteer for organizations including Ask Her YYC and Fora. Gillian currently lives in Treaty 7 Territory, Region 3 of the Métis Nation in Alberta, in Calgary with her partner and two young children. Gillian is a foodie, avid traveler and loves a hot cup of tea.

Roselyn holds Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in Middle East & African studies and Master of Arts in Work, Organization & Leadership, and is an active member of the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.P
