Three years later, hybrid working has been one of the most divisive outcomes of the global pandemic.

In this panel discussion, we will have a conversation about the impact of hybrid on an organization's ability to collaborate, build connection and maintain their culture. 

Speakers

Jennifer Spragge

Jennifer is the Vice-President of People and Technology, and Chief Ethics Officer at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO).

A strategic leader, Jennifer enables organizations to achieve and sustain strong business results by creating organization alignment, building capabilities and establishing strong, practical, business processes. She is recognized as a relationship builder, trusted advisor, coach and a catalyst of change who focuses teams on executing strategy and delivering results.

Prior to joining the NWMO, she held the positions of Vice-President of Human Resources and Strategic Planning at Certified General Accountants of Ontario, and Senior Director of Human Resources and Strategic Planning for Sales and Marketing at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Ryerson University and is a Certified Human Resources and Compensation Committee Director.



Aaron Laurito

Aaron joined ONCAP in 2022. Previously, he worked in Talent roles at Deloitte Consulting, General Mills, Vanguard, and Shopify in Toronto. 

Aaron is a versatile leader who creates talent solutions across a variety of industries, including private equity, e-commerce, technology, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and professional services. He is passionate about driving growth, developing talent, and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. At ONCAP, Aaron focuses on Talent.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations, Human Resources from Cornell University.

Interestingly, Aaron was torch bearer in the Toronto Pan American games.

  

Kelly E. Mawhinney

As a global People & Culture leader, Kelly enables innovation and organizational transformation through talent leadership. Her focus is the expert delivery of all HR disciplines, through leadership roles in professional services or as an industry CHRO. My specialization is Future of Work and HR Transformation. 

Intently client centric, digitally oriented, and experienced in pragmatic change leadership, Kelly leverages People, Culture and Technology management disciplines to lead inclusive teams and business transformations. Kelly has worked with SWIT - focused on women in technology, and support mentoring for STEM development in girls and women.

Internationally, Kelly’s experiences encompass supporting Banks, Governments, Entrepreneurial and Multinationals across North America, Caribbean, and Western Europe while being based in Toronto, New York City and Amsterdam.
