Calgary Region Webinar

Wednesday, March 15, 2023
11:30 Am TO 1:00 Pm (Mountain Time)

About This Session

Technology is changing exponentially, and so is our relationship with work. From extended reality to artificial intelligence, technology is combining at an extraordinary rate. To keep up, we need to rethink how we organize, accomplish, and interact with work.

Join Meghan to explore the technologies that are rapidly impacting our work and workplaces, and the mindsets needed to thrive in a digital future. In this interactive session, you will learn about the key technologies to pay attention to, uncover the ways in which our relationship with work is changing, and practice the thinking needed to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.

Our Presenter(s)

Meghan Donohoe has spent her career creating learning experiences that help leaders unleash the potential of their teams. She especially loves to reimagine the way we work, and has been afforded the unique opportunity to build and launch the full lifecycle of employee talent and development programs across Oil & Gas and Post-Secondary organizations.

Propelled by a quest to find meaningful ways to transform the experience of work and learning, Meghan pivoted her career in 2021 from Human Resources to the world of advanced digital technology – joining the SAIT Catalyst Group as a Principal Catalyst. She still can’t believe it’s part of her job to hold hummingbirds in virtual reality and engage people in conversations about the mindsets needed to thrive in our digital future.

Meghan completed her MSc in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS and is (endlessly) pursuing a PhD in I/O Psychology on the topic of leadership and well-being. In her spare time, Meghan engages leaders and entrepreneurs in developing the leadership characteristics needed for the future, is exploring facilitation in the metaverse, and also enjoys baking cookies and having dance parties in princess costumes with her two young daughters.
