Change is constant, blah, blah, blah. It's an obviosity, but the impact of constant change is a high risk issue for employees and organizations. Burnout is on the tip of the tongue and 'mental health' is the topic of the day. Resignations are a real threat. Yet companies cannot stop changing. Strategies are viable for 12 months…if that. How do we equip our employees to surf the sea of change instead of fighting through each wave? Find out in this interactive session where you will:
- Explore the reasons our teams are pushing back on change
- Examine strategies used by successful leaders to increase Resilience Capacity (RC)
- Identify the three strategies that drive personal resilience "in the moment"
- Utilize the Air Traffic Control model to keep change under the overwhelm limit

Jeff Skipper is an expert in strategy development and accelerating change. For more than 25 years, clients such as Suncor, IBM, and The Salvation Army have engaged him to achieve dramatic results by wrapping complex change in motivating mission for organizations of all sizes and sectors. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Change Management Professional. He is the weekly author of IMPACTED, a deep dive into strategy and change tactics, and his first book is due out any day now! In the winter, he drives a Zamboni. Really.
