Jennifer is a Biochemistry and Mathematics graduate, holds a certificate in Business Strategy through UofT, is an ICF Certified and Royal Roads University trained Executive Coach, and a Barrett Certified Practitioner. She brings 18+ years of experience coaching leaders, executives, and teams through major culture and leadership transformations.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked with leaders facing a variety of challenges: from the need to mobilize agility and accountability; align and implement a new strategy; evaluate or integrate a merger or acquisition; to introducing a new brand, breaking down silos, or improving interpersonal and team dynamics.
