When you’re at a crossroads, it can feel like you’ve lost your narrative of who you are and why you lead.

Nowhere is that truer than for HR leaders who have been at the forefront of the pandemic. Many HR

Leaders are exhausted and questioning whether they have the energy to continue.

They’ve lost their leadership story – their source of personal inspiration to navigate in times of change and motivate others to action.

Join authors and industry experts Rick Lash and Christine Miners as they share a ground-breaking, evidence-based approach to personal renewal through finding your leadership story.

In this session we’ll draw on their research and engage a panel of executives featured in their new book: Once Upon a Leader: Finding the story at the heart of your leadership

You will learn:

  1. How your brain creates your inner leadership story
  2. Why you give up authorship (and the price you pay)
  3. A practical step by step approach to building and activating your leadership story, and reconnecting with your purpose.
