The pandemic has changed how we work.  It has changed how people want to work and what's important to them as burnout levels are at their highest. It has changed the landscape of talent and how we attract, fill positions, and retain.  New legislation in Bill 27 is intended to help manage this and future changes in ways of working.

At this panel discussion we take a deeper look at the issues behind Bill 27, what it means for workplaces, how it may evolve, and not only what companies can do now to prepare for Bill 27 but also address the very real issues facing employers and employees today.

Join reputed employment lawyer Stuart Rudner and Dan McGarry along with SCNetwork CHRO peer forum member, Katrina McFadden, who very recently served asVice President, Human Resources, North America at Weston Foods, to take a macro view at the plethora of recent government announcements regarding Employment Laws in Ontario, considering their practical implications now and projecting to the future.

Rudner and colleagues will engage in an interactive discussion on current and potential legislation, whether the new legislations will bring about meaningful change, and how to strategically approach them.
