Stop Giving Them Rules: Use Inclusion Nudges to Supercharge Your DEI Design

Toronto Region Webinar

Thursday, January 20, 2022
9:00 Am TO 10:30 Am

Summary

Leading organizations recognize the need for a new approach to creating diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces – one that goes beyond trying to change mindsets, building awareness, and implementing programs with little result.

The time for DEI Innovation is NOW!

Join us in this session to explore how applied behavioural design and the scientific process can pave a faster way towards inclusion and belonging.  Using a practical framework, Sylvia Apostolidis, from the Jasmar Group, will lead a highly interactive session where we design Inclusion Nudges to interrupt bias in talent processes, motivate leaders to engage, and drive forward your DEI strategies with impact.
