Its been over a year since we have shifted from face to face engagements to online work, and there have been many lessons learned on how to engage participants. What has worked well, and what has not? In this sessions we will discuss;

Our Presenter(s)
Steve Brierley
Over the past 20 years, Steve has held progressive positions in corporate training, talent management and executive leadership development in corporate and post-secondary sectors. In his last corporate role, Steve was Associate Vice President of Talent Management for Canadian Tire, FGL Sports and Marks where he was accountable for corporate talent practices such as succession, performance, employee development and executive development.
As a lifelong learner, Steve obtained a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and is a Certified Executive Coach from the Royal Roads University graduate program. Steve is a certified SuccessFinder Practitioner and is also certified to deliver a wide variety of leadership assessments including MHS EI 2.0 and EQ 360.
Steve enjoys writing and released a book March 2020 on Amazon titled Being a Better Human Being at Work and Home and his newest book, Being a Better Human Teenager was released in January 2021.
