Summer is often a time for relaxation and rejuvenation - something that we really need this year! With that in mind, five organizations have come together to present The Music Paradigm - a fascinating - and fun - look at a different kind of leader-team interaction.
When you see your environment through fresh eyes, suddenly what had been assumed as entrenched can offer opportunities for renewed engagement, alignment and creativity. The Music Paradigm illuminates how musicians resolve issues and lift their collective performance in ways that readily translate far outside symphony hall. Through a behind-the-scenes review of recorded performances and a real-time, live demonstration, you will gain insights into the unique connection between a conductor and professional musicians.
The session will be followed with networking to discuss the program—providing an opportunity to meet with colleagues across North America!
Registration
Members of the Strategic Capability Network may attend this event at no cost, we just ask that you register.
Non-Members and Member Guests are charged a fee of $75.00 + HST per registration. Should the non-member or guest subsequently decide to join, the non-member registration fee can be deducted from the membership dues.
