Building a Future-Ready, Post-COVID Workforce

Toronto Region Webinar

Thursday, April 22, 2021
11:00 Am TO 12:30 Pm

Summary

As the COVID crisis progresses, what will it take to plan for a Future Ready Workforce? Join us for a discussion with  Stephen Harrington, National Leader, Workforce Strategy, Deloitte Canada and Patrice Njoh, Change Management Leader & DEI CoP, Deloitte Canada about how we move from ‘Horizon 1’ thinking, which was about reacting and responding, into ‘Horizon 2’ thinking where we can begin to plan for the new normal. Ideally, not simply reacting to that new reality as it unfolds, but instead building a clearly articulated strategy for how we plan to thrive in the post-COVID world.
