Application to Nominate a Speaker

The information requested in the form below will help our programming committee to identify speakers so please be as detailed as possible.

Use this form to nominate a speaker for a future SCNetwork event.

This is a 5 Step process and you will need the following information to complete the application:

  • Name, email and phone number (optional) of the speaker you are nominating;
  • The speakers topic;
  • The expected outcomes of the presentation;
  • History of the speakers past presentations and links to them (if applicable)
  • History of the speakers past written articles and links to them (if applicable)
STEP 1 - Who is making the Nomination?

STEP 4 - The Nominee's Past Experience

STEP 5 - DISCLAIMER & FINISH

By submitting this application, you understand that:

  • Participating as an SCNetwork speaker is unpaid.
  • Your presentation is “non-salesy” and does not contain sales pitches or promotional content. Your presentation will go through SCNetwork’s promotional channels, which will provide you with positive pre-event exposure. However, your session MUST focus on strong independent research and substantive content that our audience can implement of benefit from without buying your product or service.
  • Selected speaker (s) must submit their PowerPoint presentations by the deadline agreed upon with SCNetwork’s programming committee.
  • SCNetwork’s A/V team will record the speaker’s session. This recording will then be published and distributed via SCNetwork’s social media and enewsletter to its entire database. Post-event, the recording and presentation slides will also be accessible to SCNetwork’s community via a member-only portal on the website.
  • The speaker will not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights of a third party. Any third-party content used in the presentation should be accompanied with appropriate citations.
