Calgary Region Webinar

Thursday, March 11, 2021
11:30 Am TO 1:00 Pm

About This Session

Are we biased? What is the purpose of biases in our behavior? Why is our brain wired for biases? Are they always helping us in a positive way? Definitely not - they can represent a source of wrong decisions in our daily working life. It is important to recognize the biases that limit us and how to change their understanding and impact, in order to thrive.

In this session you will learn how:
  • To understand the influence that unconscious biases have on behavior and our daily lives.
  • To understand the negative consequences unconscious biases can have and to learn how to rewrite the patterns of conditioning.
